Meet The Management

Sanju Giri is a owner and a head chef at Red Pepper Express Food Truck. At the age of 18, he went to Taj,India for culinary training and finished his training in 3 years. Then he also worked as a intercontinental chef in a 5 star hotel in Qatar. He specialises in indian, chinese, intercontinental cuisine. Before moving to USA in 2010, he worked in Royal Carribean cruise as a chinese chef for a year. After moving to San Francisco, he felt lack of authentic indo-chinese food which inspired him to open his own food truck.
